The hotel's breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a great selection. The top-floor rooms had excellent views that really elevated my experience. The staff was friendly AND helpful.
The strong scents near the hotel entrance were slightly overpowering.

the room was very clean. it had a coffee machine that i used. the view from the seventh floor was nice. i had a complimentary room upgrade, that was unexpected.
the staff was friendly. some front desk employees were not knowledgeable. the carpet on the corridor were not vacuumed.

the location allows an easy walk to the city center. the distance felt close, but it also kept things quiet. rooms offered a modern style and plenty of natural light. breakfast included a wide selection of options. luggage storage was a complimentary service, i appreciated THAT.
the air conditioning did seem a little loud at night.

The breakfast choices were extensive (I tried the pastries!).
The minibar prices reminded me of highway robbery. I also noticed a stain on the carpet in the hallway. It seemed like nobody bothered to vacuum the area. The room service was a little slow and unprofessional for what I expected.

The hotel breakfast offered extensive buffet options. The options included both savory items and sweet items. I found personalized service throughout my stay to be genuinely caring! The staff was attentive to every detail in all interactions.
I found that the bathroom was a little small. This was somewhat disappointing. The room service line was unresponsive on multiple attempts. I had to call reception to place the order.
